I live in the north of England. My favorite season is summer. In June, July and August the days are very long. When I come home from school, I do my homework and then play with my friends in the backyard. We usually play football. In summer I also like going out for long walks in the country with my parents and my dog. Sometimes we take the bus and go to town for shopping. Mum loves shopping! On Sundays, when my parents don’t work, we have a picnic near the lake. We go by car and stay there the whole day. We always have a lot of fun.
